1. Returns
a. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete
- The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
b. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at returns@maraapnastore.in with your order ID and issue details
- Our team will verify and schedule a pickup (if applicable)
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the return status
2. Refunds
a. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned product:
- If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank or UPI details to issue a refund
b. Refund Status
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. If it’s delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Cancellations
a. Before Shipping
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us at support@maraapnastore.in with your order ID.
b. After Shipping
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but you may initiate a return after delivery.
